I ordered this bouquet for a dear friend's retirement . The delivered arrangement exceeded my expectations in colors and freshness .

Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with the price I paid for this arrangement. I wish there was a way to have seen and approved the order before it was sent, but since it was Mother's Day weekend, I was rushed off my call to confirm the order. Not the best customer service experience, maybe I'll have better luck in the future when it's less busy. Response from Pacific Floral: I am sad to hear that you are unhappy with your order. Not to give you any excuses, but my phone rang every few minute for the entire week of mothers day and I could not give phone orders any extra time then to answer any questions quickly. Also, wholesale prices were double what is normal because of shortages due to covid and high demand this year. I know that I sent a fair priced, beautiful bouquet for you and I would love you to call me please so I can address your concern.

First time customer and had an easy time ordering the Color Burst arrangement. It was a gift and I was unable to see it because I live elsewhere but my dear friend absolutely loved it!

This bouquet is absolutely stunning and the team went above and beyond for my order. The flowers were for my godmother for her 73rd Birthday and she said it was the most beautiful bouquet she had ever received, down to how nice the vase was and how cool the leaf wrapped in the vase looked. The team was also able to accommodate a special request for delivery since my Godmother lives out on a ranch. I upgraded to the bigger arrangement and wasn't sure if you'd be able to tell, but it was evident from the pictures she sent. Thank you so much Pacific Design Online!
