Product good, service not on top of things.
The product was very nice. If you make a mistake and need to get in touch with them to change something on the message card, be sure to talk to someone personally. A text, with email and a detail voice mail will not guarantee someone will see it and be able to change the message before it is delivered. Really disappointed by their lack of being able to stay on top of customers needs.

Flowers at the last minute!
Devan came to the rescue on Friday. We had a funeral to attend and had only a few hours to get something to show the family that we cared. I had to pick it up, but that was no bother for the gorgeous arrangement he produced. Not an orchid, but a large and beautiful arrangement that was so appreciated by the family and us!
